
Our Click & Collect service lets you place an order on our website, which can then be collected from a pharmacy near you. No more waiting for deliveries or standing in long queues in-store.

If you don’t have a store located nearby or time constraints make it difficult to drop by, you can still order your products online for home delivery.
Most products on chemistoutet.com.au are available for Click & Collect. Product pages will display an icon for eligible items.
Some controlled medicines and prescription-only products may only be purchased in-store.
We will make every effort to fulfil your order as placed. In certain circumstances, products may not be available and a close alternative may be sent in place. If an item is unavailable during the picking process, we’ll send you an email asking if you are happy with an alternative product, if you would like to cancel your order, or if you would like to wait for it to become available. We won’t be able to continue with processing your order until we receive confirmation from you stating your chosen option.
No. Our Click & Collect service is provided completely free of charge with no hidden costs or misleading small print.
Once your order has been processed, changes and cancellations are not possible. However, you are free to return any items you no longer need when collecting them. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll see if we can help. You can do this by logging into your account, by using our online contact form or emailing orders@chemistoutlet.com.au.
This will largely depend on product availability and your chosen pickup store. When products are in stock at your chosen store, your order will be fulfilled and ready for collection almost instantly.
If your chosen products are out of stock, these will be shipped directly from our warehouse to your selected collection store. Depending on your location, this can take anywhere between three days and one week.
Yes. As soon as your order is ready for collection, we'll send you an email to let you know with a time to collect your order.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to split orders for collection and delivery. If you would like to use both services, simply place two separate orders - one for each service you want.
To collect your order, you'll need to show your confirmation email and one form of photo ID (drivers license, passport, residency card, etc). Don't worry if you don't have a printer. Simply open the email on your mobile phone and present it to our in-store staff.
Absolutely. However, if you are arranging for somebody to collect your order from one of our Chemist Outlet stores, you will need to add their name when placing your order. Please ensure you have their permission before doing so. They will need to present a copy of the email and one form of photo ID to pick up your order, so be sure to let them know in advance.
Once we send out your initial collection email, You'll have 14 days to collect your order from your designated store. After 14 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded. If you are unable to make it into the store within the allotted time frame, drop us an email or give us a call to let us know and we will extend the window.
Certain medicines may only be sold in small quantities due to legal reasons. At times, there may also be limitations on how many of the same product you can purchase in any given transaction. This is to help ensure everyone has fair access to the products they need.
