COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Participation in the competition is subject to the following terms and conditions and includes all information we provide on how to enter the competition and prizes available. By submitting an entry into the competition, you are indication to us that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Only entries that comply with these terms and conditions will be considered valid and be eligible to win.

COMPETITION PERIOD

  1. The competition commences at 8:00am (AEST) on 1 June 2021 and will finish at 5:00pm (AEST) on 31 August 2021 (herein named Competition Period).

ENTRY CONDITIONS

  1. You are eligible to enter the competition if you are;
    1. A resident in New South Wales or Queensland; AND
    2. Aged 18 years or over; OR
    3. Aged 16 years or over and have the consent of your parent or guardian to enter; AND
    4. Not an ineligible person

INELIGIBLE PERSONS

  1. If a winner is under 18 years of age, Chemist Outlet reserves the right in its absolute discretion to award the prize to the winners parent or guardian and to require that the parent or guardian executes acknowledgement and release as reasonably required in the circumstances.
  2. Ineligible persons include any director, manager, employee of Chemist Outlet, retailers, suppliers and entities and agencies associated with this competition, or any immediate family member of any of the above persons.

HOW TO ENTER

  1. To enter, eligible persons must, during the Competition period;
    1. Spend $30 in one shop instore
    2. Use the QR code that is based in store, kept by staff behind the register to access the entry sheet, the entry sheet comprises of your name, phone number and email address.
    3. One entry per person allowed.

DRAW DETAILS

  1. The draw will take place at 10:00am (AEST) on 3 September 2021 at Chemist Outlet PTY LTD Head Office at Suite 3:03 Platinum Building 4 Ilya Avenue Erina NSW 2250.

PRIZE DETAILS

  1. The first valid entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the Competition Period will receive one (1) Dyson V10 Animal Vacuum valued at $899.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER

  1. The winner of the competition will be notified at 10:30am (AEST) on 3 September 2021 via
    • Email
    • Telephone if email is unsuccessful

PUBLICATION OF WINNER

  1. The winner of the competition will be published in the Community section of https://www.chemistoutlet.com.au/ and on our Facebook page.

PRIZE CLAIM

  1. Prize must be claimed by the winner by 5pm (AEST) on 17 September 2021.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE

  1. The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 20 September 2021.
  2. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be published in the Community section of https://www.chemistoutlet.com.au/ and on our Facebook page.

PRIZE DELIVERY

  1. Prize will be picked up from winner’s local store. If winner resides further than 20km from local store, prize can be shipped.

PURPOSE OF COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

  1. The information you provide to Chemist Outlet Pty Ltd upon entering the competition will be stored by Chemist Outlet Pty Ltd only. Chemist Outlet reserves the right to send you company newsletters to the email address you provided upon entry. Chemist Outlet Pty Ltd will not share private information with any third parties unless required to do so by a court of law.
